asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can say that the Government will not, in any cir- cumstances, make the Registration (Plural Qualifications) Bill a Government Bill?

Having regard to the fact that the Government have themselves introduced a Bill on the subject it is not their intention to adopt the Bill in question.
