asked the President of the Board of Education if it is intended to hold a national competition of schools of art in 1913 as in previous years?

The answer is in the affirmative, subject to such changes in the competition as may be necessary as the result of the new system of art examinations indicated in Circular 786.

Mr. GRANT

asked the President of the Board of Education, in which part of the Victoria and Albert Museum will the exhibition of the national competition works be held this year.?

Mr. PEASE

The exhibition, to which the hon. Member refers, will not be held in the Victoria and Albert Museum, but in the buildings in which it was held last year.
