§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLThe amount which the Development Commissioners have recommended to be advanced towards a scheme of afforestation in Ireland up to the present is £25,000. Of this amount a sum of £17,000 was provided in the Estimates for 1911–12. The amount recommended to be advanced for the development of Irish fisheries is £50,000. The final allocation of this amount has not yet been made.
