whether it is the intention of the Government to require the Committee to submit its Report before the Report stage or Third Reading of the Government of Ireland Bill; and, if not, whether, pending the Report, the Local Taxation Account 1725W will be placed in a solvent condition, and provision made in the present financial year for a refund of the amounts already deducted?
