HC Deb 04 December 1912 vol 44 c2310W
Mr. WATT

asked the Attorney-General whether it is yet arranged who are to constitute the Commission of Inquiry into the work of the High Courts of Justice; if not, can he state of how many it will consist; and whether those who are in favour of reform of the work of the Courts will be adequately represented, and not by lawyers?

The ATTORNEY-GENERAL

The arrangements are not yet complete. I hope to make an announcement next week.
