§ Mr. MASTERMANAs was stated by my predecessor in answer to a question by the Noble Lord the Member for Horsham, on 6th May, 1908, the arrangements to be made on the embodiment of the Territorial Force will be a matter for consideration when the occasion arises; and I concur with him in thinking it unnecessary to make any statement on the subject at the present time.
