asked whether any and, if so, what steps have been taken to secure the reinstatement of Denis Currane in the farm at Coomavanna, on the F. G. Williams estate near Mastergeehy, from which he was evicted?

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to a similar question on this subject asked by him on 25th November, 1910, to which I have nothing to add.

The Estates Commissioners have not received any application for reinstatement from Julia Dunleavy, whose case does not come within the provisions of the Evicted Tenants Act.
