asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he can state the cost of printing the 12,260,000 copies of Form IV. that were issued, and the cost of the paper used?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

The cost of printing the forms in question was about £1,100, the cost of paper about £3,200, and the cost of the envelopes in which the forms were distributed £3,700.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he can state, under the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, the number of objections lodged against provisional valuations, and the number of amended provisional valuations rendered in consequence of informal objections before the sixty days have expired in which notice of objection can be given?
