§ Mr. McKENNAThe Commissioners in Lunacy inform me that they have no means of supplying this information. In Appendix B., Table III., of the Annual Reports of the Commissioners there will, however, be found the figures of the number of persons admitted to asylums during the year who are known to have been at some previous time in an asylum. Of 23,266 persons admitted during the year 1909 to county and borough asylums, 3,462 were known to have been in asylums before.
