HC Deb 04 May 1911 vol 25 c726W
Mr. NEWMAN

asked the Under Secretary for War whether the men who were discharged upon the closing of the torpedo factory at Woolwich, owing to the cancelling of their transfers to other departments in the Royal Arsenal, have' been re-employed; and, if so, under what conditions as regards sick pay and injury pay?

Colonel SEELY

The men referred to, who were willing to accept work in the danger buildings of the Royal Laboratory have now been found temporary employment there. The conditions as to sick and injury pay are as stated in reply to the hon. Member's previous question.
