Mr. PIRIE

asked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will give the numbers of foreign trawlers that have been reported to the Customs authorities by the Scottish and Irish Fishery Boards, respectively, for fishing within the prohibited areas since the coming into force of the 1909 Act, for the prevention of the same, with details showing the names of the vessels, their nationality, dates, and localities when reported.

The following are the figures giving, as regards each nationality, the number of foreign trawlers which were reported, and the aggregate number of times that they were reported, since the Trawling in Prohibited Areas Act, 1909, came into operation on 20th October, 1909:—
