§ Mr. UREThe Secretary for Scotland has in view the appointment of a Committee to make inquiry as to a suitable demonstrative forest area in Scotland; until that Committee has reported, it would be premature to undertake the detailed consideration of the subject mentioned by my hon. Friend, though the Secretary for Scotland will not fail to bear it in mind.
