§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners cannot identify the estate referred to as pending for sale to them. The hon. Member may, however, refer to the estate of Mrs. Elizabeth O'Callaghan, containing some 114 acres of the lands of Knockna-nagh West, which is the subject of proceedings for sale by the owner direct to the tenants. The Commissioners have not received their inspector's report on this estate.
