FARRELLasked the Secretary of State for War if he will state whether a doctor's certificate has now been received from John M'Namee, of Ballymahon Street, Longford, who, after twenty-one years' service in the Army, has been discharged, a sufferer from chronic dysentery; and, having regard to this man's war and other service, will a pension be granted to him?
§ Mr. HALDANEThe certificate has been received and duly acknowledged. The Commissioners of Chelsea Hospital are now considering the case and the man will be examined by a medical board. The decision of the Commissioners will in due course be communicated to the hon. Member.
