HC Deb 16 February 1911 vol 21 c1408W
Mr. GUINEY

asked the Chief Secretary whether the Estates Commissioners have received the report of their inspector who last week visited the farm from which a man named Nolan was evicted on the Drummond estate, at Knocknadarrow, county Kerry; and, as the farm is advertised to be sold on the 10th proximo by the Irish Land Commission for non-payment of interest by the present occupier, will the Estates Commissioners stay proceedings until Nolan's claim shall have been decided?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received their inspector's report regarding the case referred to, and hope to be able to effect an arangement between Mrs. Nolan and the present occupier of her former holding. They have stayed the proceedings for the recovery of the interest due on the holding for the present.
