HC Deb 13 February 1911 vol 21 cc843-4W
Captain CRAIG

asked whether bye-laws have yet been made by the Pharmaceutical Society under the Poisons and Pharmacy Act, 1908, Section 4 (b)?

Mr. CHURCHILL

I am informed that before formulating any by-laws under Section 4 (b) of the Poisons and Pharmacy Act, 1908, the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain has to dispose of certain preliminary questions connected with the educational curriculum of pharmaceutical chemists and of chemists and druggists, and that the society is now actively engaged on these questions.
