§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board are in communication with Mr. A. O'Connor, the owner of the lands referred to, regarding a sale, but so far the maps and documents necessary for a preliminary inspection have not been lodged with the Board.

The remaining seven holdings in respect of which advances have not yet been made will be dealt with as soon as possible.
