§ Mr. ACLAND ALLENasked the Lord Advocate if he can say whether, with a view to the prevention of disputes, the Dumbartonshire County Council has taken or is taking any steps to ascertain and settle the boundaries of the lands on either side of the River Leven, the use of which was and is appurtenant to the rights of ferry at Balloch, which, with other subjects, were purchased under Section 93 of the Roads and Bridges (Scotland) Act, 1878, and are now vested in them?
