§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have inquired into and considered Jeremiah Gallivan's application for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by him on the Sugrue estate, county Kerry, and now in the possession of his nephew, and have decided to take no action in the matter.
