§ Mr. BIRRELLThe agent of the estate referred to has informed the Congested Districts Board that maps and documents -are being prepared. When these have been received the property will be inspected as soon as practicable, and the Board will then decide whether they will make an offer for purchase.
§ Mr. BOLANDasked whether an application has been received by the Estates Commissioners from Denis Sullivan, Feighmane, Valentia Island, county Kerry, for reinstatement in a holding on the estate of the Knight of Kerry, from which he was evicted in the year 1906; and, if so, what steps, if any, have been taken by the Estates Commissioners in the matter?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have received an application from Denis Sullivan for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by him on the estate of the Knight of Kerry, and now in the possession of his sister-in-law. The Commissioners will not interfere in the matter.
