§ Mr. COURTHOPE,asked the hon. Member for Southampton, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether the hoarding which surrounds the Artillery Memorial opposite the Duke of York Steps is intended to remain as a permanent addition to the Mall; and, if not, when it will be removed?
Mr. DUDLEY WARDThe opportunity was taken to retain this hoarding in. order that an additional tablet may be fixed to the memorial. It is hoped that the work may be completed within a month.
