HC Deb 04 April 1911 vol 23 cc2162-3W
Mr. BYLES

asked the Home Secretary whether he has yet appointed the promised Commission to inquire into the constitutional deadlock in the Isle of Man; whether he can communicate to the House the names of the Commissioners; and are there any papers not of a confidential character relating to this matter which can be laid upon the Table?

Mr. CHURCHILL

I expect to be able to announce the names very shortly. I have already promised to lay Papers on the Table of the House.
