§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have considered the application of Francis Bird for reinstatement to a holding in the townland of Annaghboy on the estate mentioned in the question, which is now in the occupation of another tenant, and they have decided not to take any action in the matter. It is not their intention to provide him with a farm elsewhere. He is the proprietor of another farm which was purchased under the Land Purchase Acts.
