§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board, to whom this estate has been transferred by the Estates Commissioners, inform me that the estate is about to be inspected, and an offer for purchase will be issued as soon as practicable. At this stage the Board are unable to say when the lands will be sold to the tenants.
