§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have written to the solicitors having carriage of the sale intimating their estimated prices in the case of the tenants on this estate who have not signed purchase agreements, but the Commissioners have not yet been informed whether the758W tenants are willing to purchase at these prices. This estate is being sold by the owner direct to the tenants, and the terms of purchase are a matter of agreement between the parties.
