HC Deb 28 April 1910 vol 17 c747W
Mr. HAZLETON

asked the Chief Secretary whether the Congested Districts Board will reconsider the question of giving a grant of £100 towards the cost of repairing the Castlecreaven Road, Drumriffin, county Galway, in view of the fact that this road was never repaired or maintained by the grand jury or the district council, not being under their responsibility, and in view of the further fact that the council is now prepared to give £50 towards this object?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Congested Districts Board came to their decision with regard to this road after the fullest deliberation, and no further action can be taken in the matter until the Board are dealing with estates purchased in the neighbourhood.
