§ Mr. LUNDONasked the Chief Secretary whether the inspector who has charge of the untenanted lands on the Little estate at Moorestown, Kilfinane, has ever approached the town tenants with a view to ascertaining if they were in need of allotments on this land; whether he is aware that Mr. O'Byrne, the inspector, has actually refused to meet the representative of the division in connection with the matter; and will steps be taken by the Estates Commissioners to see that this official will at least investigate the claims of applicants from the town, and thus avoid trouble which will undoubtedly arise if this gentleman attempts to ignore their application?
