§ Mr. BIRRELLExcluding the cases in which substituted agreements have been lodged under Section 12 of the Act of 1909, 2,129 purchase agreements under the Irish Land Act, 1903, were lodged subsequent to 15th September, 1909, and have been returned to be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 1909. The inquiry in the concluding portion of the question is not understood.
