Mr. LYNCH alsoasked the Chief Secretary whether he can state, in regard to the Reeves estate, near Killimer, West Clare, the date on which the sale was ordered; and whether the sale will be carried out without unnecessary delay?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI understand that this estate is the subject of proceedings in the Land Judge's court, and that the documents in connection with its sale were lodged on 3rd December last. It will be dealt with in order of priority, but its turn has not yet come. The requirements of the tenants will be duly considered in the allotment of the untenanted land.
