§ Mr. TOULMINasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the matter of the National Union Society, Limited, now in liquidation, and to the grave charges made by the Official Receiver in his first Report, dated 29th June, 1980, and his second 1214W Report, dated 21st January, 1909, made in the winding up; and whether he will take any steps towards calling the attention of the Public Prosecutor to the matter?
