HC Deb 12 April 1910 vol 16 cc1213-4W
Mr. TOULMIN

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the matter of the National Union Society, Limited, now in liquidation, and to the grave charges made by the Official Receiver in his first Report, dated 29th June, 1980, and his second Report, dated 21st January, 1909, made in the winding up; and whether he will take any steps towards calling the attention of the Public Prosecutor to the matter?

Mr. BUXTON

My attention has been, called to the National Union Society, Limited, now in compulsory liquidation. It would not be in the public interest for me to state what communications, if any, have taken place with the Director of Public Prosecutions in any particular case.
