§ Mr. REDMOND BARRYYes, Sir. The Estates Commissioners are taking steps to deal with evicted tenants in the manner mentioned in the question. For particulars I would refer to pages 17 to 21 of the Annual Report of the Commissioners which was presented to Parliament on the 2nd instant and to Table 28 appended thereto.
