§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLThese Bulletins were issued by the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland. Bulletin No. 7 has been out of print for some time. Bulletin No. 5 (not No. 6) dealt with the bacon-curing industry in Denmark (not Ireland), and is also out of print. Bulletin No. 5 was issued before No. 7, and was subsequently included in the latter. The information contained in these papers is now partly out of date, and it would not be desirable to reprint them in their present form.
