Plomer, Royal Irish Fusiliers; Lieutenant-Colonel E. M. Woodward, D.A.A.G., War Office; Mr. D. Neylan (Accountant), Army Accounts Department, and Mr. H. C. Gordon, War Office, Secretary. The Committee has not concluded its labours.
