Mr. HAWORTH

asked the President of the Board of Education whether he will give a Return for the last five years of the education authorities in England and Wales who have not received the full grant in consequence of not having spent the equivalent of a 3d. rate on elementary education, giving the names of such authorities and the dates and amounts of such deductions?

presented the following statement showing the reduction of grant payable under Section 10 (1) of the Education Act, 1902:—
