§ Mr. ELLIS DAVIESasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he can state when the Report of the Committee as to the apportionment of the grants to the university colleges in Wales will be published; and whether, in view of the difficulty experienced by the college authorities in rearranging their staffs in the absence of the Report, he can facilitate its publication?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI understand that the Report will be furnished to the Treasury this week, and it shall receive early consideration.
