§ Mr. BIRRELLAs I have already stated in reply to the hon. Member's question for 26th August, the purchase agreements in this estate were only lodged in October last, and some considerable time must elapse before the estate can be dealt with under the Irish Land Act, 1903. The Estates Commissioners do not think that any useful purpose would be served by their receiving a deputation at present, but the matter will be considered when the estate is being dealt with.
