§ Mr. WILLIAM ABRAHAMasked the Chief Secretary whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the application of the representatives of Mr. John Barry for reinstatement in a holding on the Maxwell estate, Geragh, Fermoy; and whether, seeing that the farm in question is in the possession of the landlord, the Commissioners will consider the feasibility of acquiring it under the Act of 1907 for the purpose of reinstating the representative of the evicted tenant?
