§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEI may remind the hon. Member of the terms of the new 1635W Clause, which was debated last night, exempting from the charge to the proposed Land Values Duties "any land whilst it is held by a statutory company for the purposes of their undertaking, and cannot be appropriated by the company except to those purposes."
