asked the Vice-Presi-dent of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) whether he can say when the bye-laws recently proposed by the Fisheries Branch of the Department for the regulation of steam trawling off the coast of county Donegal will be considered by the Irish Privy Council, and whether any appeal against the bye-laws is now pending?

The Department are unable to say when the bye-laws in question will be considered by the Lord Lieutenant in Council. No appeal against the bye-laws is now pending.
