§ Mr. JAMES O'CONNORasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that on 19th December, 1907, William Hoey, an evicted tenant of the Lalor estate, county Wicklow, was informed by the Estates Commissioners that they had considered his application for reinstatement, and noted his name as a suitable person for a holding; and can he say when the Commissioners will be in a position to provide the evicted tenant with a holding?
§ Mr. CHERRYThe Estates Commissioners inform me that Hoey's application has been noted for consideration in the allotment of untenanted land to be acquired by them. They are not at present. in a position to allot him a farm.
