asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the attention of the Estates Commissioners has been called to the case of Widow Sarah Smith, who was evicted in 1895 from her farm on the Sinclair estate, situated at Gortinreagh, Ballindrait, East Donegal; and whether it is the intention of the Commissioners to reinstate her in her holding or compensate her for the loss of it, or provide her with a new farm in lieu of the old one?
