§ Mr. O'SHAUGHNESSYasked the Chief Secretary if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have inquierd into the application of Con Cahill, of Clonoul, Croagh, in the county of Limerick, evicted tenant, for a grant to work the farm in which he has been reinstated; and whether they have come to any decision in the matter?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have no power to deal with any application for a grant in this case until a purchase agreement has been lodged for the sale of the lands under the Land Purchase Acts.
