GREYWith the exception of an arrangement made between Egypt and the Soudan in 1902 for the reciprocal rendition of fugitive criminals, I am not aware of an extradition treaty having382W been concluded by Egypt with any foreign State. I will make inquiry as to the two-last parts of the question.
