§ Mr. BIRRELLProceedings for the sale of this estate to the Estate Commissioners under section 6 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, were instituted by the owner in August, 1907. An offer for its purchase was made by the Commissioners on 3rd March last, which has not yet been accepted by the owner.
