§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe method of inspection is the same in the two cases, subject to the differences which must necessarily exist between the inspection in bulk at Woolwich of the canvas supplied to the War Department and the inspection at 62 different prisons in England and Wales of the canvas supplied to the Prison Commissioners. As regards specification, I am not sure that I apprehend the hon. Member's meaning, but if he will kindly communicate with me I will consider the matter.
