Mr. CATHCART WASONasked the Lord Advocate if he has received a photograph of the ruined cottage occupied by an old soldier, and the occupation of which has been held to debar from a pension; and if, in view of the facts disclosed, he will urge the Local Government Board to reconsider the matter.
§ The LORD ADVOCATEI have received the photograph referred to. But I can see no ground on which I could urge the Local Government Board to reconsider the decision arrived at in the case referred to by my hon. Friend.
