§ Mr. REESasked the Prime Minister whether he intends to appoint a Committee to consider the question of the duration of speeches delivered in this House; and whether a time limit should, subject to qualifications and conditions, be in any case imposed?
§ The PRIME MINISTER:I will communicate with the Home Secretary and ascertain whether the Government can see if arrangements can be made to appoint a Select Committee to consider the question of the duration of speeches.
