§ The PRIME MINISTERThe question of aerial navigation has occupied the attention of the Government, and provision has been made in the Navy, as well as the Army, Estimates which will ensure that the problem of the use of airships in maritime, as well as in land, warfare will be fully investigated by both the Departments concerned.
