asked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will lay upon the Table a copy of the arrangements sanctioned last March under which special facilities are given, subject to the requirements of the public service, to enable civil servants to attend the annual training as members of the Territorial Force?

The arrangements in question were communicated by circular to all public departments; and I will send the hon. Member a copy.
