§ Mr. BURNSCommunications have taken place between the Stepney Borough Council and the Central (Unemployed) Body for London with respect to schemes of work for the unemployed, but I do not understand that any definite arrangement has been come to between these Bodies, and I have not received from the Central Body any proposals for schemes of work for the unemployed in the Borough.
